An Underrated QSP
I ordered this because I was looking for a folding knife with a recurve for cutting rope, canvas, and sailcloth. Recurves are great for cutting long lengths of materials like canvas wihtou slipping out of the cut and this is somthing I need to do at work often. This was the most affordable recurve I could find on the site and it looked very simple on the website. When I received it I was pleased to find that it is a fairly robust knife and a beefier size than I originally expected. this will make a harder working knife than I thought. it is very similar to a Kershaw blur only with G10 and ball bearings instead of Aluminum and Speed Safe deployment. the blade is D2 which is more than adequate for what I need it for.the geometry is perfect though it has a high saber grind and comes perfectly sharp and has the usual great quality for low price you would expect from QSP. This is not one of those QSPs that are really popular, maybe people dont like recurved blades these days, but I was surprised how good this knife is considering I never heard of it before buying it.
