Surprisingly great!
As an avid knife collector, I routinely get knives of different sizes/steels, to see how they will perform. I gave the Canary a look and thought I’d try it out. Before ordering, I thought the knife might be too small, however, I was mistaken. This knife is really a great size. The blade is super sharp. The handle gives me a good three finger grip, and he is very comfortable to use. So far, it is cut everything I’ve thrown at it. Broke down about six big boxes from Amazon. Just touched it up very lightly on a fine ceramic stone and it came back razor sharp. I break it out at restaurants to cut steak and no one gives me any weird glances. It’s small enough so it really kinda hides in your hand, but is sure a great cutter. At this price point I highly recommend this blade and plan on buying more to give as gifts to family and friends.
