Sandvik 14C28N Stainless Steel, 58-60 HRC

Sandvik 14C28N is a martensitic stainless chromium steel with a chemistry optimized for high quality professional knife applications which put very high demands on edge sharpness, edge stability and corrosion resistance. As to this knife, the 14C28N is intensively processed by RUIKE using quenching and subzero treatment, which features an ideal hardness of 58-60 HRC.

nice knife
Overall, this knife is very well done. The blade is very nicely finished, and is very wide and sharp. It's a light knife for it's size and quality. I have medium-sized hands, and the handle fits, but is a bit too short, and could be a little larger in diameter. I like the sheath, but it seems like the knife could become dislodged if doing heavy off-road motorcycling or ATV'ing. Overall, 4.5 out of 5 stars.
