This incredibly precise, smooth opening folder is one of the nicest traditional folders we've ever carried. The fit and finish are out of this world, and the material combination is as classic as apple pie. It doesn't get any better than ivory bone on a slipjoint pocket knife. Besides its beautiful appearance, the thing we find most useful about the Lockback Whittler design, in particular, is that Wharncliffe main blade. Because the edge is perfectly straight, 100% of the cutting pressure is transferred directly to the point of contact, making it a beast for specific, real-world tasks. The knife also features a smaller clip point and pen blades for utility cutting chores. It's a great size to get all your tasks done, and the arrowhead shield is unique on a Ruple design.
