Enrique Pena Custom Knives are so precise and utterly perfect that the best, and maybe only, comparison to them would be the custom work of Sergey Rogovets. Anyone familiar with custom knives knows that this is about as high an honor as it gets because Sergey's work borders on clockwork precision. Enrique has been making knives since 2006 and began strictly with traditional-style folders. The Mula or Mule was a workhorse cutting tool disguised as an everyday carry knife with a really simple, clean design. It had a nice sharp drop point blade, perfectly executed thumb ramp jimping, and an ergonomic handle that created great harmony between user and tool. The Caballero is a miniature Mula designed with a front flipper and it's a perfect three-finger knife. Caballero is Spanish for gentleman and it's a fitting name for this beautiful gentleman's folder. This model features a hand rubbed CPM-154 stainless steel blade, brown Canvas Micarta scales with titanium bolsters and a Timascus pocket clip, flow-through construction, and some seriously good action.
