Distilling the functionality of the iconic Native 5 into a smaller, more pocket-friendly package, the popular Lil' Native is sized to be legally compliant almost everywhere. Now available with Spyderco's own CPM-SPY27 blade steel, it features an advanced alloy formula bolstered by the benefits of Crucible's CPM particle metallurgy process, offering a superior balance of corrosion resistance, toughness, and edge retention. The full-flat-ground 2.5-inch blade capitalizes on these properties to provide outstanding cutting performance and reliability. It is supported by stainless steel liners that form the foundation of the knife's stout Compression Lock mechanism and its easy-to-clean open-backed construction. The liners are nested into peel-ply-textured G10 scales boasting the signature cobalt-blue color of Spyderco's SPY27 family of knives.

Spyderco Lil' Native -- another impressive Spyderco knife
I've liked every Spyderco knife I've ever owned. I've never had a bad one. The Lil' Native is the perfect size for me to carry every day. The build-quality is excellent and I really like Spy 27. I like the compression lock too. I'm very glad I bought this knife. Also, like always, Knife Center's careful packing and quick shipping was very much appreciated.
