Stray Cat Knives represents the work of Steven Jensen, a part-time custom knifemaker from Tempe, Arizona. Steven has a definite eye for design but enjoys the dirty, beater appearance and crafts his knives with a brute worker look and feel. He doesn't waste his time on elaborate finishes that will mar as soon as you use it. He concentrates his time on crafting durable tools that will withstand prolonged hard use. His knives have a sort of roughness to them that gives them that readily apparent handmade appearance and an unspoken longing within you that will make you want to use and abuse your new tool.

This Cat Claw neck knife is a great compact everyday carry tool. It has minimalistic construction with only a blade, sheath, and paracord necklace so there's little that can fail on you with this design. The heart of the blade and the two-finger handle is 440C stainless steel with a natural finish and reverse tanto shape. The friction fit Kydex sheath provides excellent retention and it includes a few feet of paracord so you can carry it straight away. This knife is ultra simple, scary sharp, and just begging to be used—handmade in the USA. The number stamped into the blade refers to the year of manufacture.
