TOPS Knives has been making hardcore fixed blade tools since 1998. But there is more to life than knives. That is why TOPS has made some great lifestyle tools over the years as well (e.g. a cigar cutter, a slingshot, and a beard comb).

Leo Espinoza, TOPS Knives President, spends quite a bit of time playing golf whenever he has free time. So of course, a divot tool was an obvious choice. This one in particular is a great tool for the TOPS Knives enthusiast. It is made to look like a Mini Scandi Knife with the forks of the divot where the blade would be. Then, the extras… the spike on the back end is used to clean dirt out of the grooves on your clubs to keep them hitting clean, there is also a bottle opener built into the handle, and last but not least, there is a range finder build into the forks as well. That can be a huge help if your normal range finder’s batteries are dead, or if you just want to show off your old school skills to your buddies. Either way, you’ll have the best divot tool on the course with the 3 Putt.

Range finder instructions: Hold the divot tool about 24” away from your face with the forks facing down. Find an object in the distance that is roughly 6’ tall (the flags in most courses are about 6’ 8” tall). Place the top of that object in the top of the “window” of the forks. If the bottom of that object lines up with the 200 line, then it is 200 yards away. If it lines up with the 50, then it’s 50 yards away.
