ZT0006: Model 0006 Fixed Blade

Zero Tolerance Knives

Whether it's for survival, the great outdoors, or summer projects, the military inspired 0006 is the answer. Though it pays homage to the original ZT-9 with a steel guard, this full-tang beast is not a bayonet. Instead, this versatile ZT fits snugly in a durable Kydex sheath for travel. Named after its 6-inch blade, the 0006 uses CPM-3V, a tough tool steel that resists edge chipping during the hardest work tasks. While this non-stainless steel wasn't designed for corrosion resistance, ZT added a clear Cerakote coating for greater durability. It's a thick blade at 3/16 inches, but still plenty functional. The rounded profile fills the hand without being too big, and an olive G10 handle offers comfortable grip. Choke up on the aggressive jimping with or without gloves for greater control. When ZT makes a fixed blade, there's nothing else like it. The 0006 is no exception.

First ZT fixed blade
I have hade serval ZT folders over the years and have found them all to be great knives. When I saw this fixed blade I could not resist. It is a well made, beautiful blade. The guard is not so large that you can’t choke up when needed and the handle is comfortable. I prefer a leather sheath but the one it came with is fine. Love it, nuff said. Shout out to KnifeCenter, never been using them for years with great service and no complaints.

Horrible sheath
Purchased one of these for my son and everything was perfect. Got a second one for myself in the sheet was horrible. Contacted customer service and they said “that just happens sometime”. 
Have since researched and found out that this is a known problem with this knife and ZT does not take accountability for it
I will never buy another ZT knife.

Knife is fine, sheath is a joke
The knife seems of fine quality and I like it, but the sheath is practically useless. It does not retain the knife well at all. Also, mine can't be converted for lefties easily as one of the nuts has no traction and spins with the screw. I think there are better values out there.
