ZT0357BW: Model 0357BW Folding Knife

Zero Tolerance Knives

The 0357BW is premium made simple – a working knife built for tough conditions.

A 3.25-inch drop point blade gives users plenty of edge for cutting tasks. High-end CPM-20CV blade steel provides reliable edge retention and corrosion resistance. Scratches blend in with the blade's BlackWash finish. Black G10 is machined on both the front and back of the handle.

The 0357BW is an assisted knife, featuring ZT's SpeedSafe system. Simply pull back on the flipper to easily open the knife every time. The blade locks into place with a rock-solid liner lock. A reversible deep-carry pocket clip allows for ambidextrous carry in the tip-up position. After being precision built in ZT's Tualatin, Oregon USA factory, the final product comes in at a value price, perfect for new ZT users.

Whether you're just starting your ZT journey, or are looking to add to your collection, count on the 0357BW to get the job done.

Great work knife
I disagree with another's review that this knife is not worth it as the Kershaw Link is better for less. I own multiple Links in multiple steels and handle materials and can make an informed comparison. The 357 has much better ergonomics and handle material. Love the thumb scoop on the blade spine. It not only helps with control when chocking up but lightens the blade just a bit. The ZT does have quicker snappier deployment than any Link I own. The Links with aluminum scales get scratched easily and show wear quickly(yes I actually use my knives) and can be slippery. The ZT has milled g10 that gives great purchase even when wet and it is not too aggressive so you can work the knife hard without any hot spots without a glove. The g10 Link in 440 is probably the best bang for your buck but this ZT is on another level and well worth the extra cheddar. I do agree that the clip is garbage and plan on removing or changing out. The Link clips are deeper but again scratch up easily so they show wear quickly. Kershaw/ZT generally doesn't do well with clips. I own several models from both and this is a reoccurring issue. I knew this going in so am very happy with the 357

Overpriced Kershaw
ZT I hope you are listening. This knife is similar to the amazing Kershaw Link. The problem with that is that the CPM-20CV version of the Link is half the price of this ZT. The liners seem thicker than the Link, so this may be slightly stronger, but probably not enough to make a big difference. I really enjoyed the G-10 grips and jimping on the ZT but I wish these were options on the much cheaper Link. The real dealbreaker is the garbage pocket clip on this knife. The clip is so tight you can't put the knife all the way in your pocket, and if you did, it will tear your pants up guaranteed. KAI should have let this one sit in R&D for a little longer. I will either have to return it and get something else or buy an aftermarket pocket clip for this already overpriced knife.

Excellent Discreet EDC at a great price!
I typically carry a Yojimbo II for the office and going out on runs but wanted an AO alternative in a similarly sized package and this turned out to be a great choice! I own other ZT knives and appreciate their quality and attention to detail. This knife is absolutely consistent with that high standard in a production knife. The overall shape and design echoes the 0095bw, the SpeedSafe is assertive, the blade locks up tight, and the factory edge is very good. I love the blade profile and the ergonomics are excellent for hammer, Filipino, and reverse grips. It is discreet enough for the business casual wear and light enough that it doesn't pull on the shorts while exercising. I prefer a larger knife when the situation allows it, but for a low profile option in a slick package this is hard to beat! Really great price from Knifecenter too!
