Pros: Weight, Handle Material, Overall Quality, Blade Material, Materials, Finish, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard
Fantastic
Use this knife for filleting steelhead,King salmon aka Chinook, coho & walleye fishing the great lakes. It keeps it's edge really good & are super sharp. I bought the combo with the knives of Alaska Coho here & the steal header which is 6 inches long. Interesting this is both made of same steel 440C but the longer blade the one here is more flexible & the steelheader is a bit more stiff. Both are fantastic. If you do not want to sharpen your own then send it to Knives of Alaska they will sharpen it for you send it back (will take about 3 weeks). Sheath could be a bit better is only complaint.
