Good, but a few minor issues.

I wanted an EDC flipper knife with a large blade, and this fits the bill nicely. It's large, but not heavy, the blade opens well and it locks up tight. It was adequately sharp from the factory, and now it's a lot sharper. I like the steel so far, it's not difficult to sharpen and it does take a very nice edge. However, the G10 handles are rougher than I thought, and will wear out your pocket rather quickly if you don't sand them down a little. The other issue I noticed was that the pocket wire clip was loose. I had the tool to tighten it, but not everyone will...it would be nice if ANV included a tool for the clip.
