Acta Non Verba Knives

Acta Non Verba captured the unique character of the M200 Hard Task knife in a robust folding EDC model. Its blade is made from cryogenically hardened Udeholm Sleipner steel, boasting a hardness of 60 HRC and coated with a highly durable DLC layer. Thanks to a ball-bearing mechanism and a convenient flipper - featuring their signature ANV Lumidot - the blade opens smoothly and quickly. The A400 retains the fire steel notch found in its fixed-blade predecessor, the M200. Its ergonomic handle is crafted from 3D-machined G10 material and reinforced with steel liners for added strength. The ANV Alock, their most popular locking system, provides dependable safety in both open and closed positions. The A400 also includes eye-catching contrasting spacers and a discreet wire clip for secure pocket carry.

Good, but a few minor issues.
I wanted an EDC flipper knife with a large blade, and this fits the bill nicely. It's large, but not heavy, the blade opens well and it locks up tight. It was adequately sharp from the factory, and now it's a lot sharper. I like the steel so far, it's not difficult to sharpen and it does take a very nice edge.However, the G10 handles are rougher than I thought, and will wear out your pocket rather quickly if you don't sand them down a little. The other issue I noticed was that the pocket wire clip was loose. I had the tool to tighten it, but not everyone will...it would be nice if ANV included a tool for the clip.
