Excellent Auto – Lightweight, Textured, and Built to Carry

The Benchmade 4300-1 CLA has quickly become one of my favorite automatic knives. What really stands out to me is the G10 handle texture—it’s smooth enough to slide in and out of the pocket, but still offers great grip and control in hand. Benchmade nailed the balance here. The action is fast, snappy, and dependable. The blade came razor sharp, and the overall weight makes it easy to carry all day without bulk. Whether I’m wearing jeans or hiking gear, it fits right into my EDC rotation. This knife is sleek, tough, and comfortable—and one of the best autos Benchmade offers. Highly recommended if you want a clean, low-profile automatic with premium feel and performance.

my new everyday carry. It's easy on the hip pocket, easy to deploy for cutting chores, impressive opening speed and wicked sharp out of the box. a nice discreet little package.

CLA 4300-1

This is my new EDC. It is sharp, lite and functions perfectly. I've carried a Spyderco Delica for years and always liked the one hand opening it has. I was hesitant to buy the Auto Benchmade because I thought it would be too big and heavy for EDC. I got a chance to handle one at a gun shop and that sold me.
