Great Gentlemens Knife

Knife looks great but I received it stiff to open. I lightly oiled the pivot and exercised it a few times to work it in and now it is as smooth as glass. I've had mine for about 4 months now and have no signs of any handle wear or delaminating. Grab one while you can

Handle

Knife looks amazing but the handle is starting to fray. (Had a week) not worth the price IMO

Problem solved, I think

Amazing looking knife. The exact on the smaller side gentleman's knife I was looking for. Soon as i took it out of the box, i wore my index finger raw trying to open it. Then i went to read reviews to see if it was just mine that had too strong of a detent. Then I saw a review about the small tool in the boker it came with. I just slightly loosened it and now it's great to flip. The blade is now just slightly wobbly when closed but it's reasonable. Also, I've seen some complaints about the micarta fraying. It's supposed to do that. Too bad these reviewers don't understand this kind of wear gives it character.

I want to love it

Like the look and the blade is sharp 1. butt cap is loose 2. the blade is not centered 3. I can't open it with my finger (blister after trying) some suggested to do it as you do a lighter, but it's a bit more stubborn than that if I can't enjoy opening it, then everything else is meaningless about this knife to me

Disappointing

Really good looking knife, but Boker skimped on quality. Blade is difficult to open. One hand opening is not an option. Grips were already starting to fray or delaminate.
