Edge retention is better, overall lighter!
I’ve used it solid for about 3 weeks now, but he new steel seems to be holding better than the old ar-rpm9, and I got a hardness of around 58-59 on my Rockwell.. the function is great and it’s super duper light.. and I wouldn’t consider it OD GREEN, it looks more like a brownish natural micarta. The pattern is insanely grippy especially if your pocket is sweaty at all.. overall I’ve owned like 20 pyrites. For the money this is def worth it… it’s outperforming the old stuff for sure. 👍

Very light compared to my other Pyrites. Had to try one with the new AR-SFII blade.
