Highly Recommended

I have owned this knife for many years and it is my favourite vegetable prep knife. It is well-balanced and holds a wicked edge. There is some slight pitting where the handle is forged to the blade, but that is only a cosmetic problem. I have never owned a better knife for this purpose.
