Can't go wrong with a real Henckels
I bought this knife to replace an old favorite knife (not a Henckels) which had a wooden handle that was falling apart. For some reason, I didn't notice, till it came in the mail, that the Henckels had a wide blade. I LOVE IT. It is fabulous for chopping vegetables because my hand is above the cutting surface. Wish I had bought this years ago when I purchased my first Henckels knife. I will never buy another brand. Have been giving them out for Christmas presents.
