Great utility knife
I have been using this knife for a wide variety of tasks--peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables, trimming meat, cutting hard cheese. I find the handle very comfortable, and the handle is at an angle to the edge of the blade, not parallel to it. This makes it very easy to push the blade down onto whatever is being cut. It arrived incredibly sharp, and every so often I have used a strop to maintain the sharpness. I tend to love all the knives I have, but assuming I could bring myself to throw any out, this one could replace a bunch of the others.
