Customer Service
Review update: Within days of writing previous review, KnifeCenter contacted me to ask my permission to supply contact information to a Hults Bruk USA representative at their request. The Hults Bruk representative contacted me the same day letting me know how sorry they were that I was having problems with my Kisa axe. They told me they would like to send a new replacement Kisa axe along with a mailing label because they would like to send the axe back to the foundry where it was made so that they could determine what went wrong with my axe. I received my new axe on January 29. I've never received better customer service than I have received from Hults Bruk. They stand behind their product 100%. Next time I'm looking to purchase an axe or hatchet it will be another Hults Bruk Guaranteed 100%.

Handle head retension
I live in Wyoming and we have lots of beetle kill trees and, wind. So dead falls are common I use my ax to keep trails clear. Good weight to the ax, carries will holds vary fine edge. length fits me nicely (I'm 5'10") Have been using the ax now for about 60 days and have made about 50 cuts with it mostly on trees about 6"to 8" in diameter. the ax head will no longer stay on the handle and have to keep a close eye on it as the head went flying off the handle the last time i used it. Now it starts slipping off handle about every 10 strike's.
