Worth at least double the price.

Bought this to be a camping and camping food prep knife. At $100.00, it is well worth double to triple what it cost. As DCA said, fit and finish is extraordinary. Without exception, all the fellow blade fans I have shown this to have first said “ Oooooh! “ before they say anything else. Was impressively sharp from the factory, then I stroped (stropped?) it with the strop baton that arrived in the same shipment. Now I hesitate to hand it to just anybody to show it. That strop baton finished the edge to scalpel equivalence. The sheath is not “bad” per se, but the knife does drop Way down into it to where the knife requires a complete readjustment into your hand after withdrawing it from the sheath. Perhaps some day I’ll find someone to make me a taco style Kydex sheath for it. All in all, Joker Sporting Knives is one of the best values in in all Knifedom and I highly recommend them.

Excellent knife

Fell in love with the pics so I did a little research and figured I'd give it a shot. Man this thing is so much more than I was expecting. Fit and finish is outstanding and the ergo's are ridiculous. It feels like it was custom made for my hand. I'm looking forward to see how the steel holds up over time but I am really happy about everything about this knife. The leather sheath is also excellent quality ..... I definitely recommend this knife

Great with one quibble

Excellent knife for the money, so many things just perfect, but one little thing I have to mention about the sheath. The main belt loop is attached with snaps, and on the inside of the sheath the bases of the snaps were covered with a thin layer of nylon cloth attached with some sort of rubber-cement-type glue. The friction of the knife being put in the sheath displaces that cloth pretty much every time, rendering whatever protection the cloth might provide useless. I just cut it out and rubbed away the glue, and the bases seem flush enough not to damage the handle. This might be fixable with some more nylon cloth and a more serious glue. Just a bit of a janky feature in a generally fine knife and sheath. I love the knife and sheath, don't get me wrong, but just being honest.

Amazing knife, not so great sheath

First off, absolutely beautiful construction of a blade. The miscarry is great for outdoor use and the G10 just looks amazing. Blade quality is fantastic and I love the grind. The 90 degree spine is great for striking a ferro rod. My one big complaint bis the sheath. The second day of having it and the blade was so sharp it cut the sheath wide open after putting the blade in at a slight angle. Not this is to be expected of improper use, but upon closer inspection of the sheath material, I would go to say that the sheath is hardly a leather, but if it is, it’s it’s pretty cheap. Blade is highly recommended don’t get me wrong totally buy it, but a new sheath is most likely needed. You’re buying the blade more than the scabbard anyways.

Not quite amazing.

It's good, but not as amazing as some people, including David in his video, say. The Micarta is smooth, but not high polished and shiny black (like a Dozier) like it appears in the photos. Mine came sharpened into a little bit of a recurve, even though I don't think it's supposed to be. The edge was longer on one side than the other, and had a wire edge that was folded over. The Blade finish is a pretty ordinary satin. The red liners are dull and dark, and don't really stand out from the medium gray handles. The sheath is exceptional. I'd say it's definitely worth the money but doesn't seem like a high-end knife, like some people are saying, in my opinion. I was looking for an actual high-end knife to complete my collection, so I may return this.

Joker Nessmuk

My Nessmuk arrived today dull like an old steel chisel... (Useless as a knife) Where are the checks and balances on the Joker Nessmuk chisels?
