I now own all four Magnacut leeks and I love all of them. I have not used any of them yet but they all feel smooth, look good and are sharp. I wish kershaw would get deep carry clips for the leek so I usually buy a lynch Ti clip for them.

Beautiful
I'll admit, I bought this pretty much solely because of the colors. It is quite beautiful and I even ordered the red/black one shortly after. Only real con, which is more specific to me, is that it is small. My hands engulf this thing.

Premium steel at a reasonable price
I already owned an early version of the Leek, which I liked a lot. It feels very comfortable in hand and the blade shape is quite useful in some situations. Overall, it's an excellent knife for light and medium duty work. I bought the Magnacut version to try out the steel. I haven't used the knife that much yet but the Magnacut is, in my opinion, a premium steel. And Kershaw doesn't demand an exorbitant incremental price for the upgrade, like some other manufacturers.

Leek Review
Handy little knives to carry. This one, however had the lock poorly assembled and I had to remove the screw and reassemble it properly with the correct tension. Apply a little lube. It works fine now, but the lock is a weak point in the design of these things. I bought this one for the Magnacut blade. Overall, I'm real happy with it.

Gradient On Scales Poorly Done!
Not happy with gradient on the scales. It is not representative of your photos, nor of the gradient on the red version which i had previously purchased from you. Doesn't anyone examine products when you receive them? I spent over 40 years in retailing, both in brick and morter stores and direct mail sales from trainee just out of college, to upper corporate management (and I mean multi billion $ enterprises!). This would have cost me my job at any point in my career! But it never happened, because we had QC Systems. YOU SHOULD TRY IT!
