Components from China...
Because I have already some of the knive from the Shun classic line, I though that it was the perfect addition to them. Japan have so much sort of steels, they have already everything to made Shun knive, so why « import components from China » and how much is « assembled » in Japan, this sentence broke my heart and my confidence in the Shun knife line.
