Veggiegans, Beware!

This is a great knife. I purchased it at less than two-thirds of the price listed here. I have given it to one of my son-in-laws because he liked it so much. I really had no problems with it, it performed very well. I made the decision to purchase a high carbon nakiri (blue steel, not AS), so giving it away was not difficult. This is really a beautiful knife. I would recommend that you get some large DMT plates to keep it dangerously sharp. The F&F were flawless. Sometimes, I miss it.
