Excellent blade for breads and soft foods
The blade is phenomenally sharp and will cut with very little effort. Right through breads and other soft stuff with no tearing or "chunking". Blade shape is great for spreading condiments/soft cheeses/etc after you've sliced your bread. Have used it for slicing meats because it was handy, and while it does that very smoothly, a non-serrated blade would probably be more efficient. Really like the way this cuts.
