Great Knive But ...
This is a neat little knife. I got mine to wear on the other side of my watch chain when I'm wearing a vest. Nice grain on the wood, good fit and finish, but ..... It wasn't sharp. Now I'm not saying it was only rough sharpened, like many knives today. I'm saying the single bevel was not cut to the edge of the blade. Instead of an edge, there was a nice round space that reflected light, where the edge should have been. The problem is the blade is so small, it's difficult to sharpen using any conventional method. After trying stones, Edge Pro, even considered the Tormek. I finally settled on some long nose vise grips to hold the blade and used a Ken Onion Work Sharp with the guides set all the way open. I was able to get a nice convex edge that is razor sharp. But it was a challenge. So overall I like the knife. It's sad that the maker didn't spend an extra moment on the grinder to bring the bevel all the way down to make it rough sharp!
