Great Knife

This is a very high quality knife and sheath. The fit, finish, and materials are excellent, but after handling the knife I feel it is too large for how I plan to use it. I have considered returning it but may keep it just because its a great knife.

BOUGHT IT 2 YEARS AGO!!!

Was made for batoning! The swedge stops before the tip, so the tip is nice and thick and you don’t chew up your baton. Solid handle, thick blade stock, tall, deep, wide blade, however you want to put it. Handle fasteners and sheath are strong, tough and BEAUTIFULLY made. It’s 9.92 inches long, but it’s so ROBUST I keep thinking it’s over 10.very well thought out. INCREDIBLE VALUE FOR THE $$$$. And I paid $184-$189. Now it’s $154-$157!!! YOU BETTER JUMP ON THIS!!!

T5 forever!

I'm an Apex preditor and this knife is truly at the very top. I have had my T5 for 2 years and it's not getting old. I have cut through 23 deer so far and it works for me. I'm not your average person. At 6"5 tall and 215 lbs I move fast. From a tactical perspective its in my top three that i feel confident using. Let's hope it never comes down to that. Lion steel is by far one of the best knife company's out there. I also have a DPX hest (hostile environment survival tool). And a heft (hostile environment fighting tool). And if you're wondering what company provides the steel it's LION STEEL. I will be a customer for life.

Great Knife Overall

This is a great knife. The perfect size for an all-around bushcraft/camp knife. Not too big and not too small. The knife itself is a thing of beauty. Very comfortable in the hand with no hotspots. I love the canoe style of the micarta handle and the hand guard. It comes with a decent edge as well. The only con I would say is the leather sheath. Overall, it's great. Nice leather, good stitching etc. The only issue is that on mine the retention strap will not go around the knife and snap closed. It looks like they may have riveted the strap too far to one side on the back of the sheath. Move it over about 1/2 an inch and were all good. Fortunately, I bought the Kydex sheath and wasn't planning on using the leather sheath.

Absolutely beautiful

A jaw dropping nice appearance out of the box. Everything about this knife shows it's quality and the makers' attention to detail. Beyond razor sharp. You really have to be careful handling the knife. Should be obvious since it arrives with a foam guard on the blade. Fits a little tight in the leather sheath, but should easily break in. Sheath seems like a heavy saddle leather, that's double stitched. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. It's worth every penny.
