Blade arrived dull!

Not a lot to say about this one. I had my expectations set high since I have another Mcusta that I love. This one looked attractive and the prospect of vg-10 damascus was what prompted me to buy this one (with a $50 gift card). I am extremely disappointed. The blade cannot cut ANYTHING. I almost wonder if it missed its factory sharpening. My own sharpening skills are not good enough to confidently fix this, so I'm stuck with a fancy-looking expensive mistake.
