The Forge Series displays a combination of many traditional Japanese knifemaking techniques. From the Damascus blade with a hamon pattern to the Tsuchime hammered-finish handle, this knife exemplifies Mcusta’s customary precision craftsmanship and contemporary design flair. The Forge is a stylish collection of historically inspired knives.

Mcusta does not use the conventional method of die stamping their blades like most mass-produced knives. Components are laser cut and C&C machined to assure the best possible precision fit. This is an important step in the production of a superior blade. Each knife is then hand assembled and hand finished and inspected by Mcusta's team of craftsmen. This process creates a superior knife at a reasonable price.

Made in Seki, Japan, Mcusta combines modern technology with traditional Japanese craftsmanship to produce hand finished custom quality production knives. This knife features a 33 layer 3.50” Damascus stainless steel blade with VG-10 core and a stainless steel frame lock handle with a hammered finish and tip down right-carry pocket clip (not reversible).
