Discrete fixed blade with a durable coating

I use this as a easy way to have a fixed blade as EDC. I wear it as a Neck Knife, in my pocket or on my belt, it is very hard to tell you are wearing it, which is great in the summer months. The knife comes fairly sharp, and has removable handles, which make it lighter and easier to conceal.

On ne présente plus le ESEE IZULA II, tant il a été plébiscité par tout le monde. C'est quand on le sort de sa boite et qu'on le prend en main que l'on comprend vraiment que ce couteau est unique. Tout est parfait (le mien avait une plaquette Micarta qui "baillait" un peu, je l'ai resserrée et c'est fini). ESEE a vraiment fait Tres Fort. A un tarif qui reste correct pour la qualité de fabrication et des matériaux. Il s'adapte à toutes les situations, et complète à merveille un couteau plus gros en forêt (un de ses grands frères par exemple). A ceux qui hésitent encore, je conseillerais de le commander les yeux fermés. Cet IZULA II n'est pas prêt d'être détrôné ! We no longer present the ESEE IZULA II, as it has been acclaimed by everyone. It's when you take it out of its box and take it in hand that you really understand that this knife is unique. Everything is perfect (mine had a Micarta pad that "yawned" a little, I tightened it and that's it). ESEE really did Tres Fort. At a price that remains correct for the quality of manufacture and materials. It adapts to all situations, and perfectly complements a larger knife in the forest (one of its big brothers for example). For those who are still hesitating, I would advise ordering it with your eyes closed. This IZULA II is not ready to be dethroned!

IZULA-II

I,m a senior citizen and have collected knifes since i was a very young man. I got my IZULA II for Christmas. I wear it as a neck knife and it is so good I carry nothing else. I wear it probably 14 hours a day and use it a dozen time at the least. It holds an edge so good that all i use only a ceramic rod to return the edge quickly. Since I,ve got mind I have gave 3 of them as gifts, and all 3 have told me several times how much they like the knife. I just wished it came in venom green. AND best of all USA made. Ontario has long been my favorite.

My favorite small fixed blade!

I purchased my Izula-II as a hunting knife and all-purpose utility knife for use while in the field. It exceeds my expectations in all ways - fit, finish, materials, design, ergonomics, blade sharpness/grind quality. I have a LOT of nice knives and I'd say it's pretty hard to beat the Izula if you need a really useful all-purpose fixed blade knife. The only thing I don't like about it is the sheath. It doesn't come with a belt loop, but you can purchase an optional clip from ESEE, which I skipped over as I'm not a fan of clips. I purchased some Tek Loks and attached one to the sheath...works perfect. I may get a custom kydex sheath made for my Izula, however, as I don't like the factory sheath or color (got a tan knife and want a tan sheath).

size matters

I've had this knife for a couple of months now, really happy with it. Fits in my pocket and it disappears. I just recently bought the clip plate but I only use it when I'm working. I've worn it as a neck knife too and could barely tell it was there. The size was the selling point for me

Great quality knife. Handy, useful size.

This is a great knife. Sturdy, thick blade, but I've been able to put a wicket edge on it. It's a handy size and very comfortable to work with. Strongly recommend it.
