ESEE Knives

Since 1997 Randall's Adventure & Training has designed no-nonsense, affordable field knives specifically targeted to military, law enforcement, and the special operations community. Many of their knives now serve in combat zones around the globe. The knives have a "no questions asked" lifetime warranty. ESEE Knives is also setting the standard for many local, state and federal law enforcement officers when it comes to high performance, compact sheath knives with multiple carry options. The NTOA scored the 3-inch fixed blade a 4.77 out of a possible 5. In addition to knives, ESEE also offers survival, land navigation, tracking and other training courses along with free survival information.

The locals in Peru call the meanest, nastiest ant of the jungle by the name "Isula" and we know it as the Bullet Ant. The Bullet Ant is known to be independent, tough, light on its feet, and a real aggressive survivor. The Izula knife is built the same way and designed to be the perfect lightweight survival tool or concealed carry knife. The Izula-II is the same as the standard Izula except it has a half-inch of length added to the handle and includes full Micarta handle scales. These knives are made from high carbon 1095 steel. And while 1095 is a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard use, it will rust and stain if not properly cared for - especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. We suggest using a dry film rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH.

Great quality knife. Handy, useful size.
This is a great knife. Sturdy, thick blade, but I've been able to put a wicket edge on it. It's a handy size and very comfortable to work with. Strongly recommend it.

The best !
Cet IZULA II n'est pas prêt d'être détrôné !We no longer present the ESEE IZULA II, as it has been acclaimed by everyone. It's when you take it out of its box and take it in hand that you really understand that this knife is unique. Everything is perfect (mine had a Micarta pad that "yawned" a little, I tightened it and that's it).ESEE really did Tres Fort. At a price that remains correct for the quality of manufacture and materials. It adapts to all situations, and perfectly complements a larger knife in the forest (one of its big brothers for example). For those who are still hesitating, I would advise ordering it with your eyes closed. This IZULA II is not ready to be dethroned!

Cons: Blade Sharpness
Discrete fixed blade with a durable coating
I use this as a easy way to have a fixed blade as EDC. I wear it as a Neck Knife, in my pocket or on my belt, it is very hard to tell you are wearing it, which is great in the summer months. The knife comes fairly sharp, and has removable handles, which make it lighter and easier to conceal.
