Purchased this little work horse to comply with some new blade length restrictions for my job site. Even though I have large ham hands, I can open it up with the thumb hole with no issues. Cuts open plastic wrap with no issues, as well as cords and boxes. Fun to fidget with at my desk, super satisfying. The only con I have is the blade is prone to getting dirty, so take care to wipe it down every so often. All in all, a cool little knife!
Yes it's a little small, but it has a great choil for tough cutting, but the blade is so thin I cut through 12oz or 3/16ths skirting leather easily. Strop? Oh once in a while on a piece of 1.5 inch mahogany with 1 micron or 16,000 grit diamond paste in it. I only ever touched it up on a diamond stone after cutting up a bunch of cardboard and letting my grandson borrow it while I fixed his D2 Kershaw. It is great for straight cuts and cutting leather around a template. If you work with leather you need this knife.
What a great little knife! I bought this knife for a back up knife to my wharncliff k390 delica. When I saw this k390 dragonfly wharncliff I was sold. It is little yes but it's configuration with the super steel It will eat up cardboard like no ones business. Fit and finish was excellent and it was scary sharp as well.
