great knife
I am a collector as well as a knife enthusiast. I was a little iffy about this blade at first. And now after a year this knife comes to work everyday with me gets constant use and has never let me down. For the cost it is well worth it.

EXCELLENT DUTY BLADE
I use this blade in law enforcement. The blade shape is useful in rescue situations but can be used in defensive situation. This knife is a rescue tool and not a knife. Strong clip, grippy, and set in pocket high enough to be grabbed quickly. The byrd eye hole makes the knife easy to open in a control manner. Locite the screws and no worries!

Purpose built, inexpensive, and superior quality for the price. Sharp, partical, and very well thought out. Great steel in the blade with a lot of cutting surface. Locks up solid, but like all lock back blades, take two hands to close which is just fine.

Great Rigging Knife
I work in the industrial maritime industry and often use rope to secure things and make taglines and pull in lines, so I cut a lot of rope. This is the best rigger's pocket knife I have ever found and it is cheap and heavy duty, a professional tool. It is heavy in the hand, the blade is thick and strong, the serrations are deep and aggressive, the blade is 4 inches long, has a grippy handle, is easy to deploy and open / close with gloves on and is a sheepsfoot blade so to lessen the chance of an accidental stab into something I didn't want to cut. It sits about an inch above the top of your pocket so its easy to grab when working, but I dont carry it outside work because of its size.

Inexpensive effective cutting tool
I bought this knife to bump my order up to $100 to get free shipping, i actually liked this knife better than the $80 knife i ordered, especially at this price. It really is a sweet little knife, sharp and good serrations, the sheepsfoot is great for cutting underthings, i would recommend it to anyone. Its not a luxurious knife, but its a great knife for a low cost.

Excellent knife for any price
Really, nothing short of amazing. I've got heaps of spydercos, and this is just as good as any of them. Very solid construction, no shortcuts or crappy materials. Flawless finish, excellent edge and opening. Steel is fine too: holds an edge well and easy to sharpen. Clip is good, locking is good, handle texture and ergonomics are excellent. For 23$, it is a pretty amazing knife, can't really imagine anyone disappointed with it.

Perfect!
I use this knife for many camping duties. It far outperforms some of my more expensive pocket knives because the serrations run the entire length of the blade. It feels sturdy enough to last, though I haven't had it long enough to know for sure. I can highly recommend the Cara Cara as an inexpensive high quality tool.
