We've owned one of these for at least 15 years.... Never been sharpened .... Cuts everything paper thin from tomatoes to frozen beef

My long-time, go-to kitchen knife

I bought this knife 25 years ago, and many knives later, it is still the most used, most versatile kitchen knife I own. You can easily spend 10X as much for a kitchen knife this good. If you don't have one, your kitchen knife collection is incomplete.
