The K05SBK Kitchen Utility Knife has a 4.5-inch drop-point blade that is ideal for a broad range of kitchen cutting chores, making it the most popular "go-to" knife in many home and commercial kitchens. It features a premium MBS-26 stainless steel blade, ground exceptionally thin and meticulously heat treated for optimal cutting performance. MBS-26 steel has proven itself in the kitchen in edge retention, sharpness and cutting performance. Its thin and flat-ground, designed specifically for effortless cutting and slicing through even frozen foods.
Its durable red Polypropylene handle has both horizontal and vertical channels designed to keep your hand firmly gripped on the handle even when wet or oily. The two step serrations wear less over time. The sharpened cusps of the teeth initiate cutting penetration while the keen curves inside follow through. Also available with a black handle. Handwash recommended.
