Pros: Sharpness, Overall Quality, Construction
Cons: Sharpenability
My new steak knife
Spyderco has been making top-drawer knives forever and their folders are practically legendary. Lesser known for kitchen cutlery this inexpensive little knife might go unnoticed by some folks. This knife features a colorful handle and an innovative offset serrated blunt tipped blade that is super sharp. You can use it to put butter on your potato and it will slice up a steak with ease, or simply cut some bread for a sandwich. It can be used for all sorts of kitchen chores. You can spend hundreds of dollars on premium brand cutlery but this little gem works just as well for many food prep and eating tasks. The only drawback is that it looks like it would be a chore to sharpen but at this price, just buy another one if it gets too dull.
