This is my first Fallkniven knife. The last thing I needed before I even bought this was another knife, but I'm definitely tempted to get another Fallkniven. It's that nice. I like everything about this knife. I'm very picky about sharpness, and this blade was plenty sharp right out of the box. The blade shape is great for slicing. The knife feels good in my hand. All of the surfaces are nicely finished. The blade is perfectly centered when the knife is closed. The action works smoothly opening and closing, although I do wonder why (for those of us with old, crumbly thumbnails) the nail nick doesn't extend all the way back over the notch. I can still open the knife easily enough, but it would be even easier if I could completely pinch the nail nick between my thumb and finger. A minor complaint, and not enough to deduct a point for. I'm very glad I bought it.
