Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Finish, Handle Material, Materials, Overall Quality, Sheath/Scabbard, Weight
Cons: None
Better than the original
The finish is a lot better than my vintage one and the serrations came much sharper. You will have to sharpen the one side as that is how they are shipped. The sheath has a belt clip which the originals did not have. If you put it on a life jacket, be careful putting it back, this is a "vintage" style dive/paddle tool and it is modeled after tools of the same era, so it looks like it came out of a James Bond movie. The other version with the strap cutter is probably more useful but I bought this because I had one 30 years ago and it went missing last year and I wanted another. Goes well with my old Scubapro and Wenoka but the pry bar tip on my newer one will see more use than a point on the old ones. I am very pleased with the fit and finish on this knife.
