Bestech Ostap Hel Bihai BG53 Front Flippers

The Bestech Ostap Hel Bihai features a 2.15-inch hawkbill blade made from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel. The inward-curving profile draws material straight into the apex of the edge, while 14C28N provides dependable edge retention, solid toughness, and high corrosion resistance for everyday chores.

The Bihai deploys using a top-flipper tab paired with smooth ball bearings in the pivot. Jimping along the crest of the tang allows you to actuate the blade with an over-the-top thumb roll or a light flick of your index finger. When closed, the hooked blade sits shrouded inside the handle profile.

The Bihai excels at pull cuts, making quick work of tough clamshell blister packs, thick shrink-wrap, strapping, and cordage. While standard bellied blades tend to slide off slick synthetic packaging, the hooked hawkbill edge captures the material and keeps it centered throughout the entire cut.

The Bihai series features milled G10 handle scales in several colors, including black, red, blue, orange, white, and natural jade. Bestech also offers two distinct blade treatments across the line: a two-tone satin with gray accents, or a two-tone satin paired with a stonewashed grind.

The Bihai is built with an inset steel liner lock and a single-position, right-hand tip-up pocket clip. The inset liner keeps the handle slim and lightweight while providing positive lockup. The non-deep-carry pocket clip leaves enough handle exposed above the pocket seam for a quick, confident draw.
