Kizer Cutlery Little Grand

The Kizer Little Grand is a non-locking slipjoint folder. Instead of a traditional half-stop, it features a controlled stop along the closing path for added safety during one-handed closing. It is deployed using dual, slightly offset nail nicks on either side of the blade.

The standard Kizer Little Grand models feature a 2.52-inch Nitro-V stainless steel blade, which offers a great balance of toughness and corrosion resistance. Nitro-V performs very similarly to popular steels like 14C28N and AEB-L. Premium variants in the series are also available with high-performance M390 or Damascus steel.

The Little Grand was designed by knife designer Jonathan Styles. The knife draws clear styling cues from his larger, highly popular Militaw model, translating those sleek lines into a pocket-friendly gentleman's slipjoint. The Kizer Little Grand series offers a variety of handle options, ranging from budget-friendly pocket tools to premium collector pieces. Standard configurations include aluminum handles with Mkuruti wood inlays or gray G10 handles with black linen Micarta inlays. High-end versions feature titanium handles with Timascus inlays or aluminum handles with crystallized titanium inlays.

The Kizer Little Grand features a straightforward, neutral handle shape that comfortably accommodates a wide variety of hand sizes. Because the handle profile lacks restrictive finger grooves, users can easily find a secure grip without experiencing ergonomic hot spots.
