Kizer Cutlery Madrac

The Kizer Madrac features a modified sheepsfoot or reverse tanto blade designed for outstanding utility performance. This geometry excels at heavy push cuts and precise slicing tasks because it keeps the blade sturdy while allowing your hand to stay close to the cutting edge for superior control.

The Kizer Madrac series is available in Nitro-V, 14C28N, and S45VN stainless steels. The Nitro-V and 14C28N options offer high toughness, excellent corrosion resistance, and respectable edge retention, while the premium S45VN variants provide advanced wear resistance for users seeking longer edge life.

The Kizer Madrac provides a secure, full four-finger grip that comfortably accommodates slightly larger-than-average hands. The design brings the handle scales close to the tang intersection, allowing your fingers to rest near the edge to maximize leverage and eliminate awkward spacing during heavy use.

The Madrac series is offered with either Kizer's adjustable Clutch Lock (a crossbar-style mechanism) or a button liner lock. The Clutch Lock variants allow you to easily adjust the internal spring tension, giving you the ability to customize the deployment and closing action to your preference.

Kizer offers the Madrac series in a variety of handle materials, including Norplex UltreX Micarta, textured aluminum, and Nebula FatCarbon. This variety allows you to select between the tactile grip of Micarta, the clean and durable feel of aluminum, or the high-end aesthetic of premium carbon fiber.
