What steel is used on the L.T. Wright Bushcrafter?
The Bushcrafter HC is crafted from 1075 carbon steel, which offers high toughness and durability for demanding outdoor work. Other variants in the broader Bushcrafter series feature premium CPM-MagnaCut steel. To help protect the carbon steel from rust, Bushcrafter HC models come standard with a forced patina finish right out of the box.
What blade shape does the L.T. Wright Bushcrafter use?
The Bushcrafter features a classic spear point blade shape that provides a strong centerline tip for drilling and enough belly for skinning or slicing. The blade stock is kept thin at 3/32 of an inch to maximize cutting efficiency. Depending on the specific model chosen, the series offers convex, Scandi, or flat grinds.

Yes, Bushcrafter knives ship with an American-made JRE Industries leather pouch sheath. The sheath includes a built-in fire steel loop for carrying a Ferro rod and a flexible dangler system that allows for high or low belt carry.
