Cons: None
Solid
I bought this knife at the end of 2018 and it was my second ArtisanCutlery knife. First and foremost they're a fantastic company and I feel that they're just starting to really get mainstream attention... The Immortal is just a really solidly built knife. My personal favourites are D2 steel and carbon fiber so this was already a win for me. Bear in mind while this is carbon fiber it is very much a carbon fiber overlay with a glossy finish. It's perfect for someone like me who enjoys that look, but it's just something the buyer should be aware about. Blade came rather sharp out of box and when it was time to resharpen it took a crazy good edge and polish on my Edge Pro sharpener. It's seriously great for the money.
