The Trailboss was the first Andre De Villiers folder to utilize an internal lockbar overtravel stop built into the replaceable steel insert, all the way back in 2016. It was built on the base of the Butcher model, with the main difference being that it has a full flat ground drop point blade for better slicing, skinning, and all-around utility performance. Now, the Trailboss 2 is here with a slight handle redesign, a more pronounced spear point blade, and a thumb hole opening method in addition to the flipper tab. It feels better, looks better, and really amounts to one of the all-around best knives ADV has ever delivered. From the bush to the battlefield, or even the beach if you're Andre, this knife is built to handle and excel at just about everything.
