The USA Lookout is a compact fixed blade designed for everyday carry, now proudly made in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Named after the iconic Lookout Mountain, this knife embodies both local heritage and modern performance. Built in collaboration with Mak Kelsay, ABS Journeyman Smith and shop manager at BIGiDESIGN’s CNC facility, the USA Lookout features a 2.68" CPM-MagnaCut stainless steel blade with a flat-ground clip point profile. Heat-treated to 63-64HRC, it offers outstanding edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance in a small but capable package. A stonewashed finish adds durability while keeping the blade discreet in carry.
Black G10 handle scales and titanium hardware provide lightweight strength with a secure, ergonomic grip. Dual Kydex sheaths are included, one pre-fitted with a deep-carry titanium clip for right-handed use, allowing the Lookout to ride comfortably in-pocket, on a belt, or on a lanyard. At just over an ounce and a half, it’s a blade that disappears until the moment it’s needed. Pocket-friendly, durable, and American-made, the USA Lookout is a refined evolution of a proven companion knife - perfect for everyday cutting tasks wherever life takes you.
