Another solid entry into Bestech's line of D2 flippers, the Slasher is one beast of a folding knife. The D2 tool steel blade has a sweeping sheepsfoot design with a decent amount of belly and a smooth profile. The blade deploys quickly and smoothly thanks to the ceramic ball bearings in the pivot assembly that Bestech has perfected. The handle scales are made from durable micarta that has a lightly textured finish that gives a solid grip. A large finger groove and smooth bevels add to the already great ergonomics of this knife. Bestech's version of the crossbar lock provides rock-solid lockup and is easily disengaged with either hand. The deep carry stainless steel pocket clip perfect finishes this powerhouse of a folding knife.

Really good knife for the price
I've really enjoyed using this knife. It's built very solidly for the price, the handle is comfortable for me and very confidence-inspiring. The blade is nice and sharp and seems to be holding an edge well. I can flick it open with the thumb stud or a flick of the wrist no problem.The only thing I'm dinging it for is that I think the surfaces that the ball bearing ride against may have gotten overtightened at some point, as it is just slightly bumpy-feeling when opening and closing. It's still smooth enough, and doesn't hinder it anyway, though.I'm happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone that likes a sheepsfoot blade.
