Buck Knives

A slim and sleek lockback.

This versatile folder is bound to be your next EDC knife. The smooth, one-hand opening, wicked sharp blade, and stylish aluminum handle come together to make a thin, sleek lockback knife. This sturdy, locking design ensures safe use and is easily deployed with the thumb hole. Choose your favorite color and note the spine has an added color pop.

Drop Point

This blade is full bellied with a strong, thick point for heavier tasks. It can also be used as a general work knife. The top of the blade drops down toward the tip, which minimizes accidental puncturing while skinning. The drop point blade is strong and very versatile.

One-Handed Opening

Has a thumb stud, blade hole or other feature to facilitate one-hand use. Some models are one-hand opening and one-hand closing as well.

The steel behind the blades

Buck is a market leader in edge retention thanks to their steel selections and heat treat process pioneered by Paul Bos, whose heat treating system has proven to the best in the business. Each blade is put through a rigorous heat treat process and quality performance test then is tempered to the appropriate Rockwell Hardness through a heating, freezing and reheating system. This process, along with attention to detail through grinding and hand edging, is the foundation of Buck's Edge2X technology. This gives you longer edge life, ease of resharpening and a blade that will not fail you.

420HC

420HC is Buck's standard steel with great edge retention and corrosion resistance. This industry standard is easily resharpened. For best performance, Buck hardens to a standard Rc 58-60.

Great Knife
This is a very sharp knife. Inexpensive. It is slick due to the untextured aluminum construction, but that is fine. Cannot beat the value. Made in USA.

Sweet Knife
I really like this knife. I just received it yesterday. It is very sharp and overall well made. My only complaint that it is a little hard to open but still love it. It may loosen up after being used a while. I got this knife only 3 days after ordering it. Great service as always Knife Center!

Great knife
The buck 722 spitfire is a great knife at a good price. This knife is not assisted opening, but you can easily open it with one hand. The blade lock up was really good with absolutely no play in any direction. I usually don't buy knives without liners as they tend to losen up quickly, but this one is well made and has aluminum handles that should hold up better than the typical plastic. The thumb hole is almost sharp and the blade, while sharp, does have a rougher grind to it(haven't tried sharpening or heavy cutting yet, so can't rate the blade steel). Another plus is the pocket clip can be flipped end-to-end and side-to-side, which makes a great knife regardless of your dominate hand. Overall, great USA made knife will no real issues.
