Civivi Hid
It's a great idea i feel. Shape is just right. With a few material upgrades and it's a perfect carry for anyone who cooks professionally and didn't bring their knife roll. The edge comes sharp and stays that way because of the shape and geometry. As for as durability that remains to be seen. I feel a mild upgrade to the handle material and a bit more thickness there would help with comfort. Grip when slick is questionable but a little texturing and that will help. All and all it's great for the price and a great balance of functionality and price.
