The Maileah folding knife combines a versatile profile with attractive aesthetics and excellent ergonomics for a knife you will want to carry and use. It was designed by YouTube personality Swaggs of Sharp and Pointy Swaggs. Its size and shape allow it to excel at everyday carry type utility tasks and to protect your life in a pinch, should the need arise. The shape of the contoured G10 handle is very reminiscent of a Spyderco Value Series folder and it provides a nice ergonomic hold under multiple grips.
The AR-RPM9 blade is a modified Wharncliffe reverse tanto design with a slight belly and a pointy tip for stabbing and puncturing holes. It's one of our favorite shapes as it does every task you could ask of a folding knife with ease. AR-RPM9 is CJRB and Artisan Cutlery's proprietary budget steel made with a powder metallurgy process. A small finger choil (more of a sharpening choil actually), a reversible deep carry pocket clip, and dual thumb studs are just icing on the cake at this price and we highly recommend you give the Maileah a shot. Swaggs nailed it with this one.

Perfect secondary knife
I put off getting this for a couple years because I wasn’t sure about the way it opens but the design was just so intriguing. Turned out to be an edc secondary to my main knife (Spyderco Native Chief.) Once you get the thumb flip opening down it’s a fun little gem and perfect for opening boxes and is always in my pocket.

I was shockingly surprised on how much I actually like this little knife! Great design and it is super light! Perfect for cardboard teardown and other light EDC uses, highly recommended. Comes razor sharp out of the box.

I am an electrician in a VA hospital and I use my knives everyday for boxes, stripping wire scraping corrosion off of connections just to name a few. I also won't hesitate to use it on my lunch. I bought this knife both because of who designed it but also to try out one of these new steels. Well so far so good this knife is a fantastic bargain and any of the three designs are pretty sharp looking! Just a wicked cool little EDC especially on a budget. This knife would make a great gift because it is affordable and it is not an over the top murdery looking knife like my wife would say about some of mine like the proponent by Artisan (a beast) By the way David's reviews and Knife Center's customer service are spot on. Knife Rewards are great as one of the three maileahs I got was free with rewards from earlier purchases!
