Great Gladys, great value!
Here's a great example of early EDC. This gladius has very good steel that is well- finished. It does not look like a cheap repro, rather, the real deal. I burned my markings into the walnut handle and scabbard to make it "mine." The scabbard, by the way has a good tight fit. This makes a good display or demo.
